DISCLAIMER: This review is based on ordering this fan motor to replace the noisy one in my refrigerator. My refrigerator is a KitchenAid top freezer, model number KTRS22MDAL01, so the following information may not apply to you. I am a career automotive technician, so I don't just replace parts without first making sure that the art I am installing is the correct part, and all electrical connections, mounting locations, etc., are the same as the part that is being removed. I did not attempt to install this motor because the fan motor is designed differently than the one in the refrigerator. The power and neutral terminals are located in different locations on the motor than the OE part, and there isn't enough slack between the wires to reach them. In addition to that, the motor spins in the opposite direction of the OE part. This is not the fault of Sears, as two other parts suppliers have sent the same exact part, one of them twice to verify that it wasn't boxed incorrectly. It is the manufacturer's mistake. Even though I did not attempt to install this part, I had to select the ease of installing it, and the length of time it took because my survey would not get processed without doing so. I chose very difficult and time consuming because if I had tried to install the part, I would have fount the fan spins backwards, (assuming I had not already checked this), then I would have removed it, taken it apart to switch the parts around only to find out that the wires weren't long enough. I would have then had to remove it, disassemble it and reassemble it in the original orientation, then reinstall the OE motor. One of the places I ordered a new motor from told me I could switch the moving parts 180ยก so it would spin in the correct direction, but I said that that would place the terminals on the opposite side of the motor once it is mounted, and the wire harness isn't long enough to reach the other side of the motor, especially without being damaged or possibly interfering with airflow. I would love for the manufacturer to contact me so that I can provide them with pictures of the OE part compared to this replacement part that I have received from every place I have ordered it from. Again, this may not be your issue, but for my specific application, this is the incorrect part.

Refrigerator Evaporator Fan Motor
November 20, 2019

No instructions were included with the product. The ground wire connection is in a different location than the original, so the wire was barely long enough to connect. Still a relatively easy install for someone with modest mechanical abilities. I disassembled more than necessary before I found the location of the motor.

Noisy Fridge

Thought the fridge was dying, but it was just the evaporator fan motor. Part was as pictured except it was missing the rubber isolation washers.
