Part arrived in good condition but there were no instructions or installation tips with it. It looked pretty straight forward to install but getting everything to line up and getting the motor fully seated was difficult. Plus you have to assemble and reinstall the dishwasher to find out if you got everything lined up.

Replacement of leaky diverter motor

While the part worked as advertised after it was installed, I was disappointed in the shape of it when it was received. When I opened the package, there was hardly any cushioning bubble wrap around it thus it was allowed to move around quite a bit in the box. When I removed the item, I noticed a broken mounting tab in the box on the bottom. The diverter motor is mounted using only two tabs and this was one of them. What I had to do is to epoxy the tab back to the body as well as I could plus I reinforced it with two star washers to grip the plastic body. There really should have been more cushioning to prevent the motor from rattling around during shipment and causing damage during shipment.
