Worst customer service ever!
I needed this part for my dryer and found it in town for about $40 more than Sears so I called to ask about deliver date. The CSR confirmed it would be delivered Monday but yet when I ordered it said Wednesday yet showed up Thursday. My wife was furious as it took over a week to deliver it. I would rather have paid the $40 to have it same day. I will never order another thing from Sears.
