I bought this part as a spare...so don't know if it works yet. I was VERY pleased at how well Sears Parts Direct webpage works. Very easy to enter a model number, look through exploded views of the appliance, and find the right part.

Worked well. Long delivery.
My cooktop would keep sparking even after flame was lit. Replacing this part fixed the problem. Only issue was that it took 2 weeks for delivery (too long).
