It's too big
The diaphragm is too big and when I tried to get a return label I am unable to view the PDF return label therefore I can't print and send it back $120 wasted

Not easy to install but part came in 3 days.
This is not for entry level DIY folks! Most of the outer steel has to be removed to replace a door boot.

Not the easiest
Getting the machine apart was fairly easy, lots of screws. The hardest part was putting the new boot back on the tub, making sure it was seated on the rim properly, then putting the wire/clamp back around the boot to make it a tight seal.. After that, just put it all back together .. not too bad. Took about 2 hrs total, because I'd never done it before...
