Not screws that I didn't order

When speaking with the representative they placed an order for screws but I didn't want them. I just asked 'if the part had a screw on the bottom?' Then to top it off I was sent something COMPLETELY different that were NOT the screws. I'm not even sure what the part I received was. So I was charged monies for the screws that I didn't even receive.
