Disappointed
I am disappointed that the item I purchased has to be returned as it is not the correct item. It simply does not fit. I gave the agent I spoke to the dimensions of the drawer that was being replaced, so he had the necessary info to select the correct part. The agent never shared the dimensions of the drawer that as shipped to me. Doing this could have saved everyone the effort of shipping and returning.

Too Expensive
Deli drawer WAY too expensive as a replacement part. I paid $1000 for the entire refrigerator and paid 10% of that to replace the drawer.

Refrigerator is Just like new
I broke my meat/deli tray... I went to Sears Part site enter my model number asked for parts and a list with pictures ( very helpful) popped up located the part I needed it asked again for my model # and it confirmed it iwas compatible with my refrigerator. Placed my ordered it gives me an order number and tracking number followed a short time later and arrive even a day early... Tray was a perfect fit...Thank you Sears...
