Not truthful
We used the Chat feature on the website. The representative told me repeatedly that the part I ordered would come with instructions and said it was an easy fix; I could do it myself The part arrived quickly. There were NO instructions. When I called back about instructions, the representative told me he doesn't have access to the technician's manual, so he could not provide instructions. He said I could schedule a service call then he recommended I watch a YouTube video to assist me with the repair. Very frustrating experience. Plus the second representative rambled, talked in circles, and told me the same thing 4 times in 4 different ways.

Easy to install but still no heat.
I replaced all 4 thermostats/cutoffs and the heating coil. The dryer still doesn't heat. All the parts were easy to replace. But it does me no good if the dryer doesn't heat.
