Ordered part for treadmill in early to mid January. Was told it was in stock and should arrive before end of January. Then I received repeated notices that part was on backorder. Did not receive until March and did not receive notice of being shipped or arrival date. The part received (control motor board) was not the same part number ordered, but was a substitute part, different number. It was similar, but not the same. Installed as directed with some difficulty as board was missing slots to properly fit my treadmill. Then I was unable to properly calibrate speed setting to limits designed for my treadmill.
