The hinge and bearing broke on my washer, I shopped around and could not believe the prices for these two little pieces. I looked at Sears Parts Direct last because I thought they would be the same prices if not more. I was extremely surprised at the low prices I found at Sears Parts Direct that I will be fixing some other appliances in my home.

Can't install a wrong part

Poor communication with foreign sales person he didn't understand the correct part that was required. Returned the cost of part but not the cost of delivery which added up close to the purchase price.
