Delayed Delivery
We ordered the part on October 23 and were told we would have it by November 3. November 3 came and went, and my hopes to have my stove repaired before Thanksgiving went "up in smoke." We did get emails letting us know they had not forgotten us, but no other information was ever provided, like if it was stuck on a ship at sea or at the port. Am happy now that I have it, but wish they had been up front about the delay from the beginning.
