I would buy it again. Hopefully I won't need it.
The product is terrific. Using it no longer damages our plates which were developing mars, It slides beautifully. The dishwasher door closes better than before. Of course, we did not like having to wait since August to receive it. We do appreciate you keeping us informed that it was still not available. Although that almost became a joke,

Installation was a breeze. Was not told that the upper rack would be a different color from the bottom rack.
