Drip-tastic!
I ordered this grease drip pan for my gas grill and while it doesn't actually fit perfectly, it was easy enough to mount it underneath using some appropriate hardware. Now I can use my grill again without concern of grease dribbling out all over everything. It also purchased, shipped out and received within 24hrs which is completely awesome.

Substitute part did not work
The grease tray part for our grill was no longer available. The representative ordered the substitute part instead which neither fit nor had the drain in the right place. The "Rate of installing the part" and "How long..." below are not applicable but answers are required. Had we received the correct part for the grill it would have been very easy and quick to install.

Sent me the wrong tray
I have them the grill model number and somehow i git the wrong one. They arrange to give me a refund, but had to order another one first then they would refund my money on the wrong one. They said I could keep the wrong one'as if I I could use it. Guess it's cheaper than them paying the return shipping on the wrong item. It's been almost 10 days and still don't have my tray.
