Easy to install; wasteful on materials
It took more time to take all the parts out of the refrigerator than it did to assemble this one piece. I am not a wasteful person and I only needed the small plastic cover that cracked when my husband dropped a plastic baby bottle on it. This covers the deli tray, but ' I had to buy the entire shelving. Why couldn't Kenmore or LG make it a one piece screw on flap that would be much easier to replace. I needed a new cover so I was stuck buying the entire piece.

Does not fix the original issue.
Part was a perfect replacement for the original. But it does not fix the design problem of no support under the center crisper guide. This results in sagging in the center and eventually cracking of plastic housing. If replacing part due to cracking in the center this will not fix it.

Customer service was no help. Still need the correct part What a waste of time talking to customer service If you don't know what you're doing get someone else on the line And this was after getting bounced around for 20 minutes

Easy to install
It was easy to install once we got the base out of the refrigerator and between the doors. Just six screws and the new base was ready to go back in. I wonder if either I did not completely install properly OR if the part is not as rigid as the original. The drawers above this part now rub together so this leads me to believe this drawer cover is sagging somewhat.
