Refrigerator plastic drawer frame arrived cracked
That's ok that the part arrived with a crack. After looking further at the refrigerator case. Noticed there were several more breaks and cracks in the case, some not worth replacing, so plan to buy a new refrigerator.

Terrible to install
The Crisper Drawer Cover Frame arrived, but had no instructions on how to install it. We tried to YouTube the installation but there was not one available for our refrigerator model. I continued to try to research instructions online, but nothing was available for me to access. I finally called a repairman to do the installation. In order to get a Sears repairman, I had to wait 2 weeks. I decided to call another repair service. I like the refrigerator but I am extremely disappointed in Sears service and availability of instructions. The frame should have come with instructions due to the expense and knowing the homeowner would be doing the work!

With You tube it was easy to replace part
My self that holds the drawers was broken and I needed to replace it. I talked to a online associate and they worked with me to make sure my part was the correct part and to make sure I did not need anything else. They ordered the part and I received it in just a couple of days. Very pleasant and polite. I was very happy with my experience..

I didn't install it because it seemed complicated and no instructions were with the package. I have a service appointment in 10 days and hopefully they will do it for me.
