take deck off and takes about 10 min to put on so easy with deck off

Not too hard to install
To install you need to remove the two plastic pulley covers, remove tension spring for timing belt and take a big wrench and remove tension on the belt that powers the blades. You need to remove the latter from the pulley before removing timing belt. With right tools it takes about a half hour.
