Easy to install - great replacement part!
My son installed this and it went fairly quickly! The only problem he had was getting the snow machine shroud off in order to gain access to where the pulley goes. Great replacement part!

Easy install if you are handy
Replacing this pulley is relatively easy and can be done with hand tools. It took about an hour because it is necessary to "split" the auger and engine/drive componets, then remove the auger drive belt. Roll the auger componet forward to more easily access the pulley. Replace the pulley and reuse the keyway key and two set screws. Use threadlocker on the set screws. Reassemble the unit and go blow some snow!
