I ordered a control board for my dishwasher in early June 2021, with absolutely NO correspondence for a month and a half I decide to cal the 800 number. I got an agent that had limited skills of the English language so the call took a while before the point could even be made that my original order was declined for a non specific reason and that I would need to re order . Needless to say I ' re ordered ' and it took another month and a half for delivery, again with NO correspondence as to the status of the order, no wonder why Sears went out of business. Anyway when it was finally delivered I installed and have my dishwasher again . Thank the GOOD LORD for you I don't have a wife at home otherwise this review would probably be a little more scathing '.lol

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Easy to install and a money saver
Being able to order this part and install it ourselves, with the help of a youtube video, saved us hundreds of $ in repair fees. Although we couldn't find a video for our exact make and model, it seemed to be pretty straightforward, and gave us the confidence to DIY. Sure beats having to buy a new dishwasher!
