This is not a feedback of the item I purchase, but more on feed back on Sears Parts Direct shipping. You see if someone orders a part, then that means something broke on a certain appliance. But for some reason Sears Parts direct shipping takes 2 WEEKS for the item to arrive. That is long time to wait for a repair part to come in. No wonder Amazon is driving other online parts vendor out of business.
