Fairly Easy to Install
Part fit well after working the Lock-tight off somewhat by using penetrating oil and turning the set screw tight and loose a couple times.

Easy to install , My Husband and I installed our new steering shaft I wish that the steering shaft came with new screw .Still have my garden tractor , I order from Sears' all the time . Thank you

Little complicated
Had to remove mower deck, battery and battery shelf. Not the easiest part to replace. Very disappointed to get it all back together and the steering wheel will not fit. The new shaft that was sent was not indented at the top like the original.

Major job
There needs to be a repair kit for this job. Had to make washers to take up the slop in the steering gears.full day to repair.
