The Customer Service rep was extremely helpful and patient in helping me find the right part for my washer. It is the right part, but the packaging was lacking support and it arrive very bent. I was able to straighten it using a vise and pliers, and it then was easy to install. I took a photo of it in the condition as delivered.

The lid seal was perfect. I lined it up on the cover and snapped it into place. The total repair took les than 3 minutes. The part was a perfect fit!

It was the right part and I guess it fit okay but there were no instructions which might have made it easier to install and we still have not been able to get it onto the washing machine. I wish there had been some suggestions about how to do this appropriately.
