Too stiff. Door closes on its own.

Rather than easing/buffering the opening and closing of the dishwasher door, the"replacement" spring is so stiff and tight that - even installed at the shortest possible run length - it would not allow the door to fully open, and, in fact, pulled it nearly shut on its own.
