Poor customer service

On the website the part was listed as in stock and that I would receive it by April 6 so I placed the order. When the part didn't arrived I called the service center and was told it was delayed until May! I told them to cancel the order. A week later I received an email saying the part was in route- by that time I had already purchased it from another supplier...Expected much better service from Sears
