wrong part sent 2 times
The shelf supports (right and left side) were ordered but I received 2 left side supports. I contacted a customer service person who re-ordered the right support and was supposed to send a return code to ship back the 1st item. I did not get the return code emailed. and the replacement part that came a week later was also another left side bracket. I specifically called out if there was any way to note the order so that the part can be verified before shipping replacement.. as it could be a mis-packaging from supplier?? If several were packed wrong I would be very disappointed to get another wrong part. This is exactly what happened. So now I have to go through the entire process once again.

Received two parts of which, one was the wrong bracket. Was able to re-use old bracket and make it work.
