DON'T DO IT

TWICE, I'VE RECEIVED THE PART WITH MISSING PIECES. IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE. IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS MISSING SOME PIECES THAT SNAP IN THAT WILL ACTUALLY HOLD UP PLATES. NOW IT IS JUST A BIG, UNSTRUCTURED GAP. TOTALLY USELESS. AND, I'M ON ROUND THREE OF TRYING TO GET RETURN AUTHORIZATION. SAY THEY WILL DO IT, DOES NOT COME. APOLOGY. SAY THEY WILL DO IT, DOES NOT COME. APOLOGY. YOU GET THE PICTURE. NOT ONLY DO I NOT RECOMMEND THIS PART, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Wring color and missing piece

Arrived in gray, not white like photo. Missing movable rack making it useless. Exchanging it, so will update review when problem fixed.

Looked good, wrong size

If it had been about an inch wider, it would have been acceptable. Instead, it fell off the side rails and proved useless for my dishwasher. I did appreciate how they placed a note in the box apologizing if it was the wrong size. Would be humorous if it wasn't nearly $300 for substandard workmanship.

Obviously changing was super easy but tines are arranged differently and has clips that the old rack did not have. I haven't been able to find anything online on loading the new rack
