Easy self repair/Saved Money
I had an issue with the coating of the original heat inlet melting. While the ventilation problem was solved, the inlet was still jagged, and would snag clothing. The replacement was half the cost of a service visit alone. I've never repaired an appliance before but this was very simple (aside from screwing it in, the only additional step was drilling a hole for the temperature sensor). The repair will take about 20 minutes, but with young kids and a new puppy, it took 4 days.
