Poorly Manufactured part

I received a part that was manufactured badly. The part was off by around an inch and it didn't line up with the rest of the parts. The panel was too low, which exposes the wiring when installed. This would probably cause the wiring to wear out faster. I had to use it either way because I needed it for thanksgiving, but this is poor manufacturing and should be reimbursed or replaced.

Wire is exposed at the top of the panel.
