The gentleman that helped me identify the part that I needed, then I ordered it with him, and lastly part was shipped and received by me exactly as he told me it would be. He should be recognized for his outstanding customer service. Neither Samsung customer service (in foreign country) could assist other than sending repair person from somewhere at unknown charge.
