Easy to install. Should have come with programming instructions though. After much searching was able to find programming online. Part was $100 cheaper through a local appliance repair place but would have been a month to get it.

Replaces the Maytag W10213583c Board

Visually looks identical to the circuit board that I'm replacing, aside from it missing 1 relay on M6. Functional fine on the Whirlpool GI5FSAXVY02. Hopefully, it last longer than the original part, but only time will tell. The S&H Packaging was slightly questionable, as it was just wrapped in the pink anti-static bubble wrap inside a carboard box.

Maytag refrigerator purchased in 2011 had stopped working. I learned from Google/YouTube the problem was probably a failed control board. I used the refrigerator model number to find the control board on Sears Parts Direct, called SPD and ordered the part, and received it several days later. I installed the new board and SHAZAMMO the refrigerator started up and worked!
