Glass Shelf for my Kenmore Refrigerator

I received the glass shelf after waiting for it for over 6 months and I was excited. However I am an elderly woman and had to wait for my son-in-law to come open the package and install the glass. What a disappointment! The glass is the wrong size! It is too wide and does not fit. My refrigerator is a Kenmore, not a Whirlpool. Would you please get someone to come pick up the glass and send me the correct one. Thank you. Amalia Trower

Caution: Be very careful not to drop it even 4-6 inches on a hard surface like I did with my original one - shatters and many many small pieces everywhere.

I was thrilled to find the matching glass shelf above the crisper drawers for my older fridge that I broke while cleaning. Thought I was out of luck, since it's an old, basic Kenmore. But they had it! Great! Rated 4 stars, not 5 because the item was pricey!! And of course, addl. shipping!

The website is intuitive and informative. It probably only took ten minutes to find the replacement shelf and order it. It fit perfectly. We cleaned it with windex and silicon it right into place!
