Bag catcher frame
Second time receiving the wrong frame after being reassured for the second time that it is the correct one. Second time paying for shipping as well. At least when I complained they offered to return ship for free as they were asking me to pay for return shipping too! Twice the product was wrong, and I've lost confidence in the sales person's ability to provide service. Their focus is in closing the sale and taking the next call.
