Mismatched user interface and electronic oven control board
This code appears when you replace the user interface or electronic oven control board using the wrong part. Use your wall oven model number to check the part number for the replacement part. Disconnect electrical power to the wall oven and install the correct part for your model.
User interface too hot
The user interface temperature exceeded 185 degrees. Make sure the upper oven door closes fully. Replace the upper oven door hinges if defective. Check the upper oven door seal and replace if damaged. Check the upper oven cooling fan wire harness connections. Reconnect any loose wires or replace the wire harness if damaged. Replace the upper oven cooling fan if it doesn't run when activated.
No communication between the user interface and the electronic oven control board
Disconnect electrical power to the oven. Check the wire harness connections between the electronic oven control board and the user interface. Reconnect any loose wires or replace the wire harness if damaged. If the wire connections are okay, replace the user interface. If the problem continues, replace the electronic oven control board.

Defective electronic control board temperature sensor

On/Off key not responding
Disconnect electrical power to the oven. Clean and dry the glass touch panel. Restore power and touch the center of the On/Off key with the flat part of your finger. If the key doesn't work, disconnect power to the oven again and check the wire harness between the user interface and the electronic oven control board for damage. Replace the wire harness if damaged. If the wire harness is okay, replace the user interface. If the problem continues, replace the electronic oven control board.
10 seconds of multiple keys being pushed
Press "Clear" and reprogram the oven settings. If the problem continues, disconnect electrical power to the oven. Clean and dry the glass touch panel. Restore power and see if the error clears. If not, disconnect power to the oven again and check the wire harness connections between the electronic oven control board and the user interface. Lower oven temperature sensor failure
Disconnect electrical power to the oven. Check the lower oven temperature sensor wire harness. Reconnect any loose wires or replace the wire harness if damaged. If the wire harness is okay, check the lower oven temperature sensor resistance using a multimeter. You should measure 1,080 ohms of resistance at 70 degrees. Replace the lower oven temperature sensor if resistance is off. If the sensor resistance and wire harness are okay, replace the electronic oven control board.
Upper oven door latch not locking

Upper oven temperature too high
Disconnect electrical power and replace the electronic oven control board if the oven overheated because the electronic oven control board has a defective relay. If the code appears when the oven isn't overheating, disconnect electrical power to the oven and check the wire harness connections for the upper oven temperature sensor. Reconnect any loose wires or replace the wire harness if damaged. If the wire harness is okay, check the upper oven temperature sensor resistance using a multimeter. Upper oven door switch and upper oven door latch switch don't agree
Disconnect electrical power from the oven and check the wire harness connections on the upper oven door switch and upper oven door latch. Reconnect any loose wires or replace any damaged wire harnesses. Replace the upper oven door switch if it doesn't control the oven light correctly. If the upper oven door switch works, replace the upper oven door latch assembly. If the problem continues, replace the electronic oven control board.
Lower oven door switch and lower oven door latch switch don't agree
Disconnect electrical power from the oven and check the wire harness connections on the lower oven door switch and lower oven door latch. Reconnect any loose wires or replace any damaged wire harnesses. Replace the lower oven door switch if it doesn't control the oven light correctly.
