Maintenance tips for your Weider weight machine
Inspect all moving parts each time you use your weight machine. Replace any worn cables or pulleys immediately. Tighten any loose bolts, nuts or other fasteners.
Cables can stretch when you use the weight machine the first time. Cables also stretch over time. Carefully check cable tension before each use. Tighten any cable that has any slack during inspection. Don't overtighten any cables. The top weight in a stack will be lifted up off the stack if a cable is overtightened.
If a cable slips off the pulleys often, the cable may be twisted. Remove the cable and re-install it.
All cables should be replaced every 2 years.
