  • Avoid using solvents and harsh chemicals when cleaning plastic parts on your circular saw. Most plastic parts are susceptible to damage from various types of solvents and chemicals and may be damaged by their use.
  • Use clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil and grease from the circular saw after each use. To remove tough stains, use a cloth moistened with soapy water then wipe the area down with a cloth moistened with plain water. Dry the area with a clean cloth.
