Delays and more delays
Sears sent me a tracking number that was non-functional. As the delivery date passed, I "chatted" with them. I was told they could send me new tracking info in 1-3 days, yet they did not know if it had shipped or if it was in transit. So I called. They were finally able to find tracking information completely different than the chat person or website had and it had shipped. So what do I think of my dryer drum? If I truly receive it, I will let you know!! Do not count on their delivery dates.
