Reviews
Easy to instal, but.
Part was easy to instal if you have the diagram and the instructions which were not included with the parts! Chatting and calling Sears for help was also a waste of time-they were of no help. After some tinkering and taking the freezer door off, I was able to figure out what to do. So, in order to replace the Reed on the second door, all I had to do was to reach underneath and pull the old Reed out. It turned out that the old Reeds were OK, but the magnet inside the cover on the bottom of the refrigerator covering the wires and the wheels was fallen off. I put the magnet back in and the problem was fixed. Check to make sure the magnet is in its place and secured before replacing the Reed.
