Product arrived broken
Need to replace my condenser fan blade as mine was cracking/breaking. Ordering the part was easy and it arrived relatively fast. Problem started when it arrived with a broken fan blade, packaging for a delicate part such as this was very substandard, an oversized box with a couple air bags inside, no way this part was going to arrive undamaged. Second problem was trying to contact someone about the issue, it's not very intuitive or easy. When I did get ahold of CS I had to send an email to there "recovery department", couldn't get the part replaced with CS. Did this and it's going on two weeks now and no replacement part has arrived or even a confirmation email that there working on it. Glad I paid through PayPal because if this part does not show up by next week I'm requesting a partial refund of my order. Very frustrating.
