Fast!
I ordered and it came fast but one grate came with a broken part. I guess the delivery man wasn't aware how to handle the grates properly. I contacted Sears part direct and the person on the chat place a new replacement for me. Also, when I place the order I wasn't sure it will come two grates. That was fantastic!

Exactly what we needed
The product description does not show or tell you that this includes both grates. I questioned if it really was both. I even called the customer service number and they weren't positive. I received it and it is in fact both grates. They arrived quicker than expected and in perfect condition.
