Another broken part arrived
This is the second element and it arrived in pieces like the first one. Im done with you guys. Its alot less expensive to package these so they arrive unbroken rather than replace And hope they arrive in one piece.

Upper Infrared Broiler Element
Upper infrared broiler element only worked on one side of upper oven. It was more difficult than expected to install, but got it done. Likely not a job for those who are not mechanically inclined -- you'll need to follow the instructions found in the package attached o the back of the stove since installation instructions are not provided with the part. Be careful and don't tear any of the insulating parts. Once installed, everything was back to normal. New part worked as expected!
