Easy to find, order, and install.
It's a pricy board considering you've got to buy the whole panel. Would be nice if the panel was separate from the electronics. Would also be nice to have a recycling option for the old components. Those tabs are just to fragile to be useful in service. They're more like install it and forget it. If you've got to service again, just buy a new panel because those tabs are going to break again.
