Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service. I got what I needed to be done. The terrible part is they don't know how to understand English. They got my name wrong 3 times. In the same conversation. How do you get Jennifer from Tina? Then kanar and then they butchered my last name bad. A 5 minute conversation took about 30 minutes along with a bad migraine to go with it.
