Poor packing/missing part
The boxing was poor (for the 2nd time), and a part was broken almost off. I specifically needed the bolt that sits at the end of the spindle (?) that hold the fan blade to the motor & it did not come again.

Didn't fit my oven
Shipping was fast but unfortunately this part did not fit my oven even though it said it would online. The part to connect the power was too wide. Need to return

Wrong part, again
Was sent the wrong part again. The part said it fit my oven but the male connectors were too wide. Once again I need to return. Three weeks wasted.

it would have been easy to install.
the motor did not come with a retaining nut. (crucial for holding fan blade on) It now requires a second order for one little nut. A 20 min job now delayed by three days.

Almost Perfect
All went well other than electrical connection was incorrect. Had to bend in male leads in order to fit. Wasn't certain. If this would hold but after two weeks so far so good.

Exactly the Part We Needed
Search filter made it easy to find the convection fan motor for our particular oven. It arrived within a few days and we watched a YT video that walked us through the installation process. Lots of screws to deal with but otherwise it was pretty easy. The new motor works perfectly. I hope it lasts longer than the original... :)

Total Fiasco!!
The oven fan motor assembly that we needed was mis-identified in the online exploded view so we had to return two motor assemblies. The one that we finally were able to install had the wrong space between the electrical prongs that plug in to ovens wiring. Fortunately our installer was able to remove the bearing and shaft from the new assembly and use it to replace the damaged bearing.
