Bottom rack was rusted. We are not ready to replace yet. Fits perfectly and costs half what Kitchen Aid was charging for a replacement.

They only send the basket and the 4 wheels. You do NOT get the clips for the swivel tines nor do you get the add on side shelf. They are in the picture and description but not in the box. Very pricey for what you're getting.

Arrived in two days! Easy to attached the snap-in wheels, even for someone mechanically challenged, especially after watching the installation video that's available.

It did not come with any instructions as to how to install the rollers. I searched you tube and found a helpful video from another company and was able to do it quickly.

There aren't directions but it's pretty obvious how to attached the rollers. They roll well and seem to hold the weight of dishes.
