Received promptly and was easy to install.
Received quicker than expected and easy to install. Note that it CAN be installed from back even if your machine does not have separate access panel in front. W/out separate access panel, most instructions direct you to remove top and full front, including door bellows. Bellows particularly is PITA, so note that you can access from back...much less disassembly.

Perfect fit.
I had to replace the drain pump on our Duet washer. It was as simple as disconnecting a couple of hoses and connectors. Replacement part worked and fitted like a charm.
