constantly brakes - design flaw
One of the more difficult cables to install due to no easy access. Wouldn't have to worry about this if the cable were thicker. I've gone through four of these in two years. They keep braking right at the ball inside the spring. A thicker cable might be better. Going to make my own from now on. These are way too expensive.
