WRONG Refrigerator Water Inlet Valve
I have ordered this part no fewer than 7 times and EACH time the WRONG part has arrived! I have to drive17 miles to town to RETURN THE WRONG PART! I have tried to get this straightened out! Sears Research was "supposed" to contact me LAST week...NOTHING! They were supposed to contact me THIS WEEK...NOTHING!! Each time I get someone from India or the Philippines!! I called today and was transferred back & forth between Parts and Tech Support. NEITHER were able to tell me WHO the women I spoke with the last two times OR what DEPARTMENT they were in!?? This was supposed to have been resolved already! MY GUESS is there are TWO parts with the SAME PART NUMBER and I keep getting sent the WRONG PART!! MEAN WHILE...TWO MONTHS+ LATER....I STILL CAN'T DISPENSE WATER FROM MY REFRIGERATOR!!!
