It was relatively easy to install. The only issue was the current screws were rusted and need a shot of liquid wrench.

Bottom guard could have been better designed
March 07, 2020

The metal forming the front slots is too thin and narrow, so rust out too soon, leaving no front support for the pan. This is my third bottom guard, the prior two having both lost all front support. I also, this time, had to replace all the bolts holding it on since half the bolt holes had stripped, so would no longer tighten. The back was also not bent at the correct angle for the tabs to engage. I bought it, am using it, but the whole bottom design was not well thought out, especially since the sheer pin that breaks most often is inside it.

Very simple with one little hint!

Once blower is up on it's nose, remove all four of the bolts (easily available for about 50' each at your hardware store) and feed the three tabs on the panel into the slots - insert the bolts. Holding the panel it's proper place feed the other two bolts. Into appropriate holes. Tighten bolts, you're done.
