It works.
The part works but the water inlet requires a different connector than the original part. This required another trip to hardware store and a subsequent purchase of a connecting conduit. All in all once the proper connector was attached and installed, the part worked great. Easy to install.

One suggestion...
When a newer part has replaced the original, please indicate if any adapter is needed. The valve inlet (3/4) no longer matches the water feed line (3/8) so I had to run find an adapter.

Easy to install
This was the correct part to replace a valve that burst during a -13 degree cold spell. Except for the lying on the floor part, it was easy to remove the old valve and install the new one. Shipping was quick.

Functional but not an exact fit.
I used the part number right out of the manual for my dishwasher to order this part. While I was able to get the proper fittings needed at the local hardware store this valve was not an exact replacement by any means. The bracket would not mount as well as the way the incoming water attaches was different and I had to mount it with a zip tie. Although it was a bunch a time spent getting the stuff to put it in it does function correctly.
