Part came in a timely manner and it was the correct part for the model. Was easy to install thanks to YouTube video. Washer up and running! Agent who took information when ordering part was very professional and helpful.

Fairly straight forward install

It was easy to disassemble, but I found the screw holes for mounting were not threaded all the way. I improvised and made it work. The new timer works well.

Timer Install

The timer was a direct fit. It took me longer to figure out how to take the washer apart than to install the timer which caused this to take approximately 25 as I am new to being a DIYer.

Easy to Install, Fixed Mysterious Problem

The Washer would not spin unless we reset the timer manually to the start of the spin cycle(s). Most of the on-line troubleshooting guides pointed to either the lid switch, transmission, or coupling. I finally found one that indicated that the timer might be the problem. It looked like the easiest fix (I had already replaced the lid switch) so I tried it and it worked! I can keep using my good old 1990's direct drive washer!

Agitator Dogs

Very easy to replace. My old dogs fell out in pieces. The new ones only fit one way and are self explanatory. I had several bad parts to replace on my Series 70 washer. The lid switch, timer control and dogs. All were exact fits.

Very Easy to install; 30 minutes tops!

20 year old timer was starting to fail. Went online to SEARSPARTSDIRECT and found the exact timer. (Key is keeping the owners manual and parts book on file) There is a similar timer on Amazon but if you look closely, it is a different revision level. Don't get the wrong part to save a few bucks.
