Hard to figure out how the bezel snaps into place

Delivery was fast. I received it quickly and in good condition. The knob and bezel was exactly is what I needed. The pictures were so helpful in getting the correct item. The knob was easy to install. The bezel was not. Both my 19-year old son and I attempted to get the bezel to snap into place, but it won't. Right now, it is just sitting in place without being secured. It works.
